Eat More

  • Fruits
  • Plant foods, especially plants in the allium family like onions and leeks
  • Non-starchy vegetables like asparagus, mushrooms, carrots and zucchini
  • Red fruits, such as tomatoes, that contain lycopene

 

Eat Less

  • Red meat, including beef, lamb and pork
  • Processed meat like ham, bacon and sausage
